Oracle bring in many IIT graduates by paying huge salary and retention bonus and none of them will stay for more then 2 to 3 years. There is a always increase in salary of IIT fresh graduate recruited without increasing the salary of IIT graduates recruited previous year. Employees served in the company for more then 10 years is getting lesser salary then the IIT fresh graduate and forget about getting bonus. This is how the company salary structure has been made. Finally the employee who are serving the company for long term are passed out from local institute and not from IIT.
F*ck You.
Yes, there are not that many good black engineers who are willing to work hard. They are all out playing the basketball.
Yes, there is something wrong with NCG even during the glory days when ORCL was shoveling in dollars. Lots of talent out there cannot afford to attend Harvard, Stanford, Cambridge, MIT, etc. ORCL won't even look at 'em out of college while their competitors will. That's a problem.
Nothing wrong with NCG if you are profitable.
The NCG program, at least in Product Development is elitist and a failure. Maybe it worked fine twenty years ago to only recruit from a small whitelisted group of universities like Stanford, MIT, and IIT to work on new RDBMS query optimization algorithms or columnar compression but with so many resources available to everyone now, talent comes from everywhere, as do innovation and ideas. A lot of the elite NCG hires didn't stay around anyway after their handcuffs were off and you'd have to wonder how intelligent they are now to come to Oracle in 2019. THe NCG program is just another example of LE's arrogance gone wrong.

Oracle says the Labor Dept claims are "meritless."
They allegedly hired 6 Black engineers at HQ in 4 years, out of 500 HQ engineering hires.
