As someone who has gone through the change. There are positives and negatives. Yes if you LIKED working nights because you weren't member facing.. its a huge change. One of the biggest positives that most people overlook is Nights by merit of the schedule is easily overlooked and not visible to most management. Those of you who are Good workers and know your stuff will likely see a huge improvement in chances of a promotion.. management will actually see how hard you work and how much you are knowledgeable. You are just going to have to pick up the member services part of the job and treat it like you do the rest of your work.
You need to chill out also. Some people are concerned, and asking questions. Nothing wrong with that. The person saying nights is not going to days is just a troll. Don't let him get to you.
