Does anyone know about any team lead changes. I’m currently a electronic team lead and have been hearing on cutting down the team leads on the floor. I even heard of Salary leads. Does anyone know what going on?

So if all floor leads have to reapply for the 3 salary positions that means all current floor lead positions are going away not just the cos and technology lead positions... correct ?

No, MTL and Lead COS are not gone! We have not heard anything like that!
membership lead and lead COS are gone. Membership is moving to a third party and lead COS is just getting level 7 or class C pay to do nothing different than a regular COS. most clubs dont even have a lead COS anymore.
What about Lead MSS and Marketing Lead? How are they with the changes?
3 total leads including nightlead thst will be coming to days. No more electronics lead. Everyone will have to reapply and yes all are going salary kinda of like back in the day with area managers. Get those a-- kissing lips ready and make sure you got alot of carmex on so you dont scratch the CM a-- when you are kissing it.
