How come this isn't a union job?

Why would they make it a union job? AT&T loves the fact that they can fully control this sales department and if it goes side ways, like it is, they can clean house in one big swoop.

Agreed, my little guy is tired of inside sales, he needs a vacation..but my cellphone does not stop ringing...going above and beyound now a days.
I love this job, earning decent money satisfying dissatisfied house wifes, hookingup like crazy, lol and selling lots of products on a trial basis
So they can get rid of them at will if needed. Additionally unlike union employees the managers do whatever they’re told without saying that’s not in my contract.
