Anyone hear of any store hours changing?

They can also do 4 10s if we move hours to 10-7 and closed on sundays. I’m a firm believer that people will come to the store no matter what hours will be. Our store dies as soon as the sun goes down. We’ve pushed so many people to self service and online that the days of retail and 50 min queues are gone! Listen to the front line employees and not reports, we drastically need this change in standalone stores!!
I heard a rumor of 10-7 monday through saturday and 11-6 on sunday...
I think stores should be open 10-7 Monday thru Saturday and closed on sundays. My store is currently 9-8 Monday thru Saturday and 11-6 on sundays. If anyone does come into the store during the first or last hour it is almost always a bill payment or a problem. On Sunday’s the store is mostly empty and what traffic does come in is a bill payment and or a problem. Occasionally a family will get out of church and come upgrade their phones. But that’s becoming rare.
By going 10-7, closed on Sunday they can reduce headcount in store without impacting customers.
