Has anyone heard about their raise or bonus yet? I have still not heard anything about it

Unless they completely change the comp policy certainly not 7-9% unless you are waaaaay underpaid compared to your peers.
The RSU shares and merit are paid the end of March. The STI end of February. Score maybe slightly higher than 100%. Keep dreaming about those big raises UNLESS you are at the bottom of your payline and rated leading. Even then, you'll never see 8%. Sorry to burst your bubble.

From what I understand, Price is set Jan 31, Payout end of March. Not 100% positive.
Would love a STI of 110%.
Infosys get 100% or Board approved payout, which ever is greater.
How about shares? When do they pay that...Feb?

going to get 8% pay rise and 105% bound as unclicked VSP.
The board meets on 2/7. Typically Hans would announce via email (based on prior years), the following Monday. But if you are a VSP/ESP, you will get 100% no matter what the board comes back with (higher or lower).
And they are not announced until after 4th quarter results and final PA. Usually find out how much around the 1st of February.
What would you like to know? Bonuses are paid end of Feb and merit increase end of March. Just like always. If you are VSP/ESP with 2019 off payroll, you will not get a merit increase.
