Let's all put our name on a petition so we can be targeted by management.
May be Unionizing is the answer then like AT&T, our biggest conpetitor has & why not? I totally agree with the OP, & bravo for at least bringing it up. It def needs to get addressed. With this new commission structure, we haven’t seen a change in SMa, GMs, Area Managers, DOS & VPs pay & that DOES pinch & speaks a LOT. If not today then, tom its abt to hppn, this person just put a petition abt commission checks, I see people actually getting fed up with the BS & actually fight back.
Do you really want to work somewhere where you have to have people sign a petition, just to make your job valuable (financially) and enjoyable (mentally).
Honestly... Just quit. I don't mean this sarcastically. Seriously, for the sake of your moral high ground and integrity, get the f--- out of that sh-- hole.
