Individual Conference Calls

Any other district having a mandatory conference call this week, not as a group but individual?

It s---s, but the reality is that the pharmacist market has become saturated so they don’t feel pressured to pay like they used to. Pharmacists have joined the your replaceable mentality that cvs has had already on everyone else.

+1 for bonus and RSUs being eliminated, if you only get an ME no raise, most pharms redlined now, going full Walgreens

In response to the last poster, my DL told us that you were getting a raise if you were below the 75th PERCENTILE, not below the top 75%. That would mean the bottom 75% are still getting raises, and the top 25% aren’t.

If you're in the top 75% of pay rates you're not getting a raise. Only 25% get a raise, bonus is being decreased, no RSUs, no lump sum, lower starting and max pay. All confirmed by DL and RD

Whoever said they're not touching RX bonus is full of sh--. They're not taking it away but they're "changing it" per my DL, he didn't have any specifics but 99/100 that means they're going to gut it. Specifics to come late February.

In 2015 cvs ranked as the 12th WORST company to work for in the United States! Clearly things have only gotten much worse!

My DL just told me pay is frozen in the RX for pharmacists, equity stocks and bonuses are out for 2018 and 2019, starting and max pay is lowered and pharmacists are not eligible for merit based lump sums

The same DL posting all day about stock going away, but raises and bonuses staying.

Who are you mr smarty pants. You drink the same kool aid as larry. Cvs is the worst. They screw everyone over at one point. Your time will come a-- kisser

You guys are id--ts. Bonuses are unchanged. Still get merit for most rx. Just no stock. (And rx lump sums ARE gone).

No more bonuses and the maximum pay(redlined) is now lowered. Meaning most pharmacist will be maxed out and only eligible for the lump sum merit no more hourly increase or salary increase. Cvs is sure good at screwing the store level staff. Dont bite the hand that feeds you.

Just had my call with my DL (I'm pharm manager). He said there's a freeze on RPH pay and no bonuses for 2018 performances. I didn't think to ask him about RSUs/Equity awards

For the fifth consecutive year CVS was named “One of the World’s Most Admired Companies”. No joke, goggle it. What is the criteria for this recognition? # 35 moved UP four spots since last year. They are masters of illusion.

There is nothing CVS can do that would surprise me whatsoever.

If you are a front store employee and have not prepared a backup plan for the worse case scenario, you are only kidding yourself.

No idea why the calls are supposed to be individual - figure that we could communicate no stock/equity to the masses at once.

Can’t wait for everyone to realize it’s not all that doom and gloom.

Previous DL is blowing sunshine up your asses. Why would we be calling individual calls if it wasn't to break this news? It's the direction we're headed

Previous DL must be like most and don’t read their communications “incentive plans support our pay for performance philosophy and WILL remain in place for 2019”.

I'm a DL, and it's going to be similar to what WAGS did. Pay freeze, and no more Rx bonus or equity award

I’m a DL; there are still bonuses both FS and Rx; nothing communicated aboit changes in those and and raises will still happen in rx as long as not maxed out in previous years. There are adjusted to rx pay scales, just as there were to grads this year, but at least in my area, the max rates are pretty much the same as before.

I heard no more rph raises...

No more equity bonuses like previous comment but also no more RX bonuses at all.

Yes. Something about compensation packages for mgr/RX. Hopefully nothing that makes a bonus unattainable.

You don’t get the stock award during compensation anymore (both FS and Rx). All of points of comp pretty much staying the same (no mass changes like Walgreens to raise or bonus structure).

If you are not at demand or have a history of going over hours you are invited !

It is to intimidate you into not spending one more minute of payroll than demand.(even though demand is 4+ hours below budget. There will be accountability. You are not supposed to question the man behind the curtain.
