Looks like the RIF poster was correct. 180 people from HAH (LTIH and Transitions) were all informed the last 2 days their jobs are being eliminated. Maybe one day people will realize this site has factual info. SMH for whoever thought this was a conspiracy. I hate to say it....but I told you so. If you know what’s good for you then leave this department and seek a job elsewhere in Humana.

As far as thise posted jobs??? They RIF me year ago after 10 years and my job posted when I was told plus they RIF Ed 800 that time.

RIF at HAH in February. Open positions will be filled by RIFed positions so essentially some shuffling but there will be exits. Then on the Medicare front , possible RIFs in Senior Products UM due to outsourcing of SNF UM work in many markets and home health in a couple.
There is not enough social workers left to lay off at this point!

FFS Yes Telephonic is going to be impacted. Like it's the only dept in Humana.
So the fcms that were moved temporarily are going to be made permanent there?
There are other departments hiring. But no in home program for Humana at Home. This is where the RIF will be. I was in the same meeting as another poster and it is impacting our department. There were 50 positions available but HAH moved our FCMs to fill those roles which they said was temp. But with all the reorg I’m guessing that is permanent. Those who think HAH is good then you have no clue what happens behind the scenes. Is managers know

According to a meeting I just attended with Cheri Greenfield and all department heads for Humana at Home (In-home side) there will be a RIF in February sometime

Well my manager within HAH said there was. End of month. There’s of course many departments within HAH. So not all will be impacted. But nice try poster.
