I am in a techdev org, From a VP down look at my org: 1,315 managers (I filtered on on mgt positions), 1,088 are hires prior to 2007, thats 83% of that total mgt force. There are 255 (19%) that have 30 or more years. Then there are others that meet MR75 with 20+ years that also can retire Back to the 1,315, 44% (574) have between 17 and 23 years, this represents the largest mass, years prior and after are in the 20 or less employees.

The company is carrying a lot of dead weight, time to shed it. Not my first rodeo, been there, done that, got the T-shirt (but never the pink slip- left on my terms) Getting close to MR75 AND retirement eligible (no tax penalties) myself, hope to leave on my terms.

Agree with others. You don’t have access to age and/or in service date unless you are in HR.

And if that was the case I suspect it’s a COBC for you to be pulling that data without a viable reason.

Tech Dev does need to be cleaned out, it's a mess

Where did you get access to age and tenure information for a VP organization?

@XYa6vKg, a fair point has been made, if we can’t trust part of your post then we can’t trust any of it....it’s just that simple!

OP, you’re back again and you’ve reposted from a prior thread and you still confuse us as to whether you never got “the pink slip” but “left on your terms.” The very next sentence tells us you’re “getting close to MR75 AND retirement eligible, hope to leave on my terms.” Which is it?
