I just got my bonus. I feel like Clark when he was enrolled in the jelly of the month club. I guess the savings in the head count reductions went to all the executives pockets

Not sure what you're talking about. The corporate bonus pool was >100% target. PBNA was either 60 or 80%, don't recall which. FLNA was good as well.
Not only a disappointment but worse yet, they round down the amount! I earned that 3 dollars through all the lost weekends and late nights all yr. Wonder how much they save with this practice.
Not sure as I was let go last month but about 40% below last year.
That is not good, how much lower (%) was the bonus below your level's target bonus
