Why would anyone work OT without being paid? Stop the madness!!! Humana can afford to pay us !
EVERYONE needs to stop working extra off the clock. It skews the all important metrics and makes it a ton harder and stressful for those of us on the clock. It’s creating more unrealistic expectations. HCMRN.
Put your Skype as of work. Ask your bos for of pay. Is not fair.
@XXXdibb-fuu You have read this wrong. It is illegal for a company to knowingly allow you to work off the clock. If you do so without their knowledge it's on you.
Anyone can see if you are on line. If you have logged out of your phone and are typing on your computer you are still green in skype. It is not a secret if you continue working after you log out on your phone but it is illegal.
Not getting paid is against the law. Not following humanas guideline of working off the clock is grounds for termination.
This is against the law call the Labor board or complain to your EAP department this can be annonomus
