No you do not have to be working through December 31
I too was laid off with Feb group. We were told we were done March even though they had said we’re going to keep us till April. Thankfully I got severance till September and now this 1200 surprise ( before taxes)
So glad gone but nice surprise

Yes, If you were RIFed in 2018, you get a pro rated bonus.
I just got a direct deposit in my account today. I was in the February 2018 lay-offs (April 2018). ... So, this was totally unexpected. A nice, great surprise though. Thank you, Humana!

I was laid off in April 2018, I just called Humana and asking about my bonus and HR4U said I that I would be paid by a paper check in the mail
