Working off clock

Did any receive suspension for working off the clock? We have a couple of CMs on our team that have been off for over a week without explanation.

I am not sure how FCMs are supposed to see 25 people a week in home, do quality visits and meet new DSBP standards, med rec, diabetic foot ulcers reviews, med reviews, pdc calls, and what ever new thing they come up with next week, weekly meetings, town halls, trainings, and stay under 40 hrs. Just go all network and be done with it. You know this is impossible. Simple math tells you that.

I have not heard of suspensions but it is grounds for termination

You are not supposed to be working off the clock. It could be grounds for write ups or termination
