I really thought DOJ would at least try to block the Time Warner buyout by appealing the ruling to the Supreme Court. Frankly, the fact they just decided to drop the entire thing while they still have avenues to pursue is really strange to me.
Can they change their mind down the line before the buyout is completed? Or is this truly it?
