Well it's nice to see Randy made #25 this year. This is not a list you want your name on. https://www.asyousow.org/report/the-100-most-overpaid-ceos-2019#introduction-2019
That's where your raise is going and why there are so many layoffs.

pretty disgusting.
As an American worker who has seen his tax refund disappear this year under the Republican tax cut for the rich while AT&T gets their taxes reduced by Billions and Randall by Millions, let me just say I'm done voting Republican. Finished.
I find it hard to believe that 90% of shareholders (incl. employees) voted FOR Randy's salary.
Back in the 70's, The CEO pay to worker ration was 75 to 1 dollar. Now it is 5,023 to 1. Any wonder why America no longer has a middle class...
Appendix B shows only 10% of shareholder votes were cast in opposition to Randy's pay. Have not looked to see how much is institutional investment or what not, but I don't see that paycheck getting any smaller for him any time soon.
This is a societal problem---not unique to AT&T. The greed in the once great USA has starting making me believe in Bernie Sanders.
