Any other markets or clubs know why the meat lead got a second raise on top of the 2%

If a market differential was implemented, the meat lead along with the processors would receive it.
I heard if the meat leads can karaoke "Kung Fu Fighting" they got an additional 1%!
I don't work fresh, but I thought the ones that did were able to get pay raises based on some sort of 'karate belt' system. Learn new skills in the fresh department for each belt color, get a raise. Maybe the meat lead learned to decorate cakes?
