I am one of many, if not all, long-time associates at my store who are looking to get out. We are fed up, we've had enough, and we are tired of dealing with lazies that make the same or more than we do.
I've been with Lowe's seven years now and I come to find that I am the lowest paid associate in my department. This does not make me happy to have children working their first job to be paid more than me. I brought this up with my store manager and was told "you're not getting any more."
Maybe we all knew this but this post from @XNZw8J8-jsq paints a good picture of the ways in which the company mistreats its long-time employees.
