Nobody seems to be answering in the main thread ( @XCudABz ) so let me try here. Does anybody know when the Phase 1 of the changes mentioned in the above thread is scheduled to start?
Also, do we know for sure by now that these changes are happening or is there still some doubt?
My store management team was presented with info from Phase 1 and said that most of it does not apply to our store. Other than losing greeters in April. They say not losing ON crew etc.. We are a small store surrounded by big stores. Are they in the dark or practicing plausible deniability?
Not necessarily by April...we were told we were subject to Phase I changes as well but not until 3rd quarter.

Can Auto Care Center Manager opt in to this severance Package they were offering regular Assistants,
Changes are listed on the other threads. Biggest impact is the elimination of over night staffing is some stores. But other changes as well.
What are the changes?
All 100% in place by 26th of April. Expecte to start seeing real movement early April.
