It wasn't intentional. It's the sheer incompetence that permeates the IT department.
They also need about three weeks of prep to "test" out any webcast and make sure there's enough bandwidth. Same thing happened when IKN announced her retirement. This is the "agile" and "responsive" environment that exists.
MY HR is down now also. I figured they were laid off yesterday! haha
