I see leaders getting packages that want to be here.
You have leaders here that hate this place and want packages.
The strategy is leaving the company (a lot of us love ) with leaders in positions that aren’t invested.
Employees first. Employees being on egg shells for 2 years now is not employees first.
Employees finding out more from this site than the company is not transparency.
Oh wait- let’s do a survey lol.
You know the answers already senior leaders.
Answer questions instead of asking ones you already know the answer to.
Also not a great culture when people come here out of fear vs bubble up and share for the sake of the company.
Jack Welch got the “nod” at GM and for anyone that has read that story knows the outcome.

Find those that will be honest if you want answers. Find the leaders if you want change.
