Stop the madness

I see leaders getting packages that want to be here.

You have leaders here that hate this place and want packages.

The strategy is leaving the company (a lot of us love ) with leaders in positions that aren’t invested.

Employees first. Employees being on egg shells for 2 years now is not employees first.

Employees finding out more from this site than the company is not transparency.

Oh wait- let’s do a survey lol.

You know the answers already senior leaders.

Answer questions instead of asking ones you already know the answer to.

Also not a great culture when people come here out of fear vs bubble up and share for the sake of the company.

Jack Welch got the “nod” at GM and for anyone that has read that story knows the outcome.

You have accepted the nod.

Find those that will be honest if you want answers. Find the leaders if you want change.

This company is done

How do the leaders think we're going to keep being positive by getting rid of resources to us. It's one thing you're laying off a team but what's replacing their work and knowledge ?

Its tragic. I see the same thing..including myself. 26 yr tenure who has been Leading performer for the last 4 years straight. Reluctantly took VSP due to lack of communication around the future state of our team and the overall shift in the culture to one that was less employee focused. No rejections allowed from our team per Exec. Leaders...I hardly recognize the place anymore.

If you have been here any amount of time you know this company could care less about any of us. We are all just a number, I've been taking these surveys for 10yrs, not one damn thing has changed for the better, thing get better for Verizon, but never for the people that are in the trenches, it will never change until most of us are gone. The people that care about their job are the ones that are leaving, we're going to have a bunch of $13.00 an hour schlubs walking around with their thumbs up their butt,not giving a c-ap about this place, their job or the customers.
