Aip is a 4 factored math problem. We have known for 9 months what those four pieces are but not the exact amounts. Last year humana told us hcm rns that instead of a 4% multiplier they bumped it to 6%. Then there is the second number which is what you made last year which includes star awards and last years payout and overtime The third number was how the company did. And surprisingly that number was pretty high. Then that equation is multiplied by your individual multiplier which was based in performance.

Raises are performance based and not guaranteed

I’m grateful for whatever I get. Upper management will definitely be getting huge bonuses but if I get a raise in the bonus better than nothing .

I have a feeling we are all getting Scrooged!!! But I bet the MFs of the world are making huge bonuses all the way to the bank.

I’ve been exceptional for 2 years, and wondered what my bonus/raise would be.

No it wasn’t exceptional. Had to have a call audit score greater than 95%. I’d love to know how many ppl had that when they changed the audit tool multiple times.

It’s based on your performance. If your annual review had you at exceptional, maybe that’s a possibility?

It goes on your current base salary, not the income earned for the year if you overtime or bonus. If my base is $65000, but I made $72,000 for the year because of the bonus and OT, the raise is based on the $65000

Previous poster...do you know if salary increase goes off of what our salary should have been had we received a raise last year or will that just the normal 3% that we lost oit on last year for the one time buy out

Budget for AIP varied for each role. 4% for most people. Based on net promoter, 4th quarter earnings # etc. it could vary 50% each way. raise budget is usually 3%, that varies too. I would expect 3% salary increase and a 4% bonus. Remember the bonus is heavily taxed. So expect your payout to be about 50-65% of what your boss tells you after tax.

We are having 1:1 with our coach next week and she is to let us know the amount. Hope not to be disappointed after waiting 2 yrs for a raise …..oh ya, not to discount the "bonus" last year.

The amount is based on your performance and how Humana did, so there is no set amount...I could be, based on your performance, you’d get a 3% bonus and a 3% raise. I don’t know the minimum amount, it could be you get a bonus, based on what’s Humana has done, but not a raise, too. I think we get an email next week telling us the amounts
