What about marketing lead? They only have 2 people to supervise ! Does your marketing lead work on the weekend ?
Restructuring the team lead postion. More responsibility, need the right person to do it

Yes, pile more responsibilities on to leads by needlessly eliminating jobs that require full attention. Tell me how well shrink/audits have been doing in clubs compared to when they had the audit team. Tell me how well eliminating an HR associate will do for employees.
Keep drinking that Kool-Aid and forgetting what this company once stood for. Sam Walton would be ashamed to see how his employees have been treated since his death.
Dont think TLs positions being eliminated. Just restructuring the people. To many leads positions are filled with people who are in it for the money. Need people to want to be in that position and want the added responsibility. Not someone who complains about audits and complains about the new personnel duties. Alot of added work, but I believe more money should be coming. That's why I think a restructure will happen. Not a rumor. Just my opinion
