Here’s what isn’t fair. I’m a desk associate making 11.85 an hour after five and a half years. New girl hired off street, a few weeks ago, makes 13.00 an hour.

Assistant Manager here in Florida. 14 years with Sam's paid just over $62,000 in salary. I had 10+ years experience in the industry when I got hired.
