So our Store Manager never has to close and always has a super early shift because she has kids and child care and all that. So all the rest of us who arent parents cover closes and mids but is this right and ok? It's very frustrating and feels unfair. West Region.

You should complain to hr. Not fair because of your situation outside of work. Kids no kids scheduling should not be effected by outside circumstances.
Welcome to retail. There is no such thing as fair. It's do as you're told or find another retail establishment and do as you're told there, or just do as I did and leave retail altogether.
