Prepare for the worst and hope for the best. There is changes coming every quarter this year but Walmart will still need people in the store. Each change will effect someone but it doesn't have to be the end. Things that were may not be anymore. We need to change and adapt to our best possible capabilities. Best wishes to everyone.

You are right the changes are happening. Our SM told us luckily we are no affected.
