My last day is Feb 25. Is there any chance I don't get my sti on the 22nd?

Yes you will get paid
You will get STI as long as you were with Verizon on 12/31/2018. So dont worry
So you’re leaving after the paycheck that the STI is included in. And the STI is for the prior year service. Why would you not get it?
