2.25 % with leading last year .
Guys, you need to post your base range also with the band, the BPI rating with the %. So we can understand what HR is doing.
I thought at 6V one would be starting at least from 100k
Leading, 6V business ops, 5%, under 100K base pay
Look at the big BPI on Brad!!!
17% leading, 15 years
The bigger the BPI means the lower you are on the pay scale. 5% to a 50k base is 2.5% to a 100k base employee.
Performing...No raise in 8 years...overpaid and hiding the best I can.
They also look at comparable pay in your market for your job description. If your at the top of that range you get a low increase.
Correct, since HR got involved, BPI is NOT based on merit any more. It’s about putting everyone on the same level.
Likely another 0.0% band 7T, but i am at the top of my grade, (25 yrs) so very happy with current pay rate so, hopefully someone else in my group gets a bigger BPI.
Got 4% at 1. 5 years
Since HR took over the merit numbers a few years ago, all they look at is the job title and where you stand$. If you are in the bottom, great merit 3-6% if you are close to top ugly, 0-1%. Very understandable, however merit should be based on performance and not some #. Oh well good STI, which makes it easier for the 1%.
22yrs 1% performing, since high on the payscale can never get leading. Still happy with pay though!
9 years, performing 3%, band 7T
5 years. Performing. 4%.
Leading 7% just under 2yrs
What was BPI funded at?
1% performing 8 years
