BYOD harassment

Is anyone else feeling harassed about putting BYOD on their phone. How do we cancel it? I signed up but never downloaded it. I don’t want any part of it. How can they keep forcing this on us just to make their numbers go up ?

I find it ironic that I'm not allowed to bring in a hammer to complete a project because " You are not allowed to use your personal property for work" but, the company wants me to use my phone for work!?

Really. This is the app developer terms and agreement as well. Walmart doesn’t care about some hourly and their photos and text. Let’s get real. Most apps have that small print but you never pay attention until you want to moan and groan about stuff. Ps you should stop playing those stupid games on Facebook you give them more access to stuff than the byod will access. Just so ya know! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I just flat out refused after reading the TOS. They want me to use it? Buy me a work phone.

They have in big letters that they don't have access to your personal files, pictures, texts, etc on your phone. When you read the TOS it says the exact opposite of that. They can image your phone at any time. Imaging copies all the files, pictures, texts, etc. "Oh, they won't do that." Then why is it there if not to use?

Refuse, they can't make you. If it's truly vital to do your job, they MUST supply you with a phone.
