Does anyone know the payout percentages for each of the pay bands?
On the Wireless side I believe:
Band 8: 10%
Band 7: 12% salary (7V) or 10% for hourly (7T)
Band 6: 20%
I'm curious what other bands below 6 (Director, VP, etc) have their targets set at. I also think I read band 9 is 5% on VZWeb but can't remember for sure.
What is % For Band On The Run
Band 5: 40%
Band 9: some are 10%, some are 5%, depends on jobcode
director band 5 is 40%
OP same breakdown for wireline not sure about band 9.
Band 5: 35%
Above Exec. Director/Director level, executives and officers have annual performance targets and guaranteed bonuses negotiated in their employment contracts. Directors and above also have the option of deferred compensation and restricted stock units (Long-Term Incentive).
