Just confirmed store hours changed 11-7 in 4 stores in my district and now 2/1 they will go to 1 GM 1 SM 2 key holders to cover if a manager is out on vacation and or a day off. This is round one of cuts!

This is a very select store basis that they are cutting managers. Typically it’s stores that are also closed on Saturday’s and Sunday’s. Not a company wide thing at all.
More stores hours may change, but very limited manager cuts. Key holders are even more useless than useless SMs

This is happening in my area, hours changed as of last week 11-7 and a few Chicago stores also. They are cutting stores to 1 GM 1 Sm 2 key holders and new hours. One store in Chicago is M-F 9-5 only. The lassale store. They are rolling out company wide 3/1

This is true I am seeing it to in my area. My DM told me to take my key holder trainings and then my GM told me this today. It’s a sad day :(
