Need to just remove compensation plans and go to straight salary for everyone. The SS will continue to sell, less stressful and people might actually go back to liking their jobs. Think about it; less jamming, less credits, less customer issues, complaints, bad surveys and employees.
Yeah, tmp is drying up quick, targets are so high that unless it's a new line it's probably already got it. Same with pull through, we're hammering everyone so hard it's getting harder to sell to the base. They need to ease off these targets and start adjusting the buckets to reflect some of this.
Generates the most revenue at the moment. Wonder how we get all these BOGO promos? That’s it! Targets continue to rise but what is going to happen when people have a plethora of wireless chargers, speakers and chargers? Plus not getting paid out on retention of TMP when we’re running in the 80’s, what happens after that?
