Before my last day on 12/28 I setup my login and password for the external access to the severance portal site. Now when I go to the severance portal link it takes me to the standard Verizon SSO login screen which wants my windows login and password which of course doesn't work anymore. Any help on how to access the portal would be appreciated.

My weeks are running out and I need to file my retirement papers. But, unfortunately, my computer crashed and I lost access to the portal. Who should I call?
Works ok for me now using windows login, last name, and severance portal password. I clicked on the FAQ doc link which downloaded and opened as off file on my tablet.
Ei was able to get in but I only get the page that shows all the documents and when I click on them nothing happens. Is that the same for anyone else?

Just tried again... Use old vzid, last name, new password you created before you left. Should work.
When I got the SSO-looking page I just used my vzid only. Don't know why I got that page but my old vzid worked. Not sure if it has changed since then.
Did you use your vzid+four digit year of birth to sing in with?
I used my old windows ID and new password I made before I left and got in the other day.
