Project Green Wave 2, 3 IT Restructure

Outsourcing - There are two (2) IT Towers impacted by wave 2 - Tower one (1)/Infrastructure Ops (i.e., Network, Servers --Data Center in NM, End-User Computing/Help Desk and Security). Infosys and HCL are the two vendors under consideration for outsourcing of Infrastructure. Tower two (2) is Applications. IT Infrastructure Ops impacted FTE is approximately 250 for wave 2. The proposed vendors as of 12/13/18, are Infosys & HCL. If Infosys is selected, only 20 staff impacted (identified as key personnel) will be auto-rebadged. All other impacted staff (approximately 230) will be required to interview for limited positions. Infosys has proposed having a job fair for interested FTEs in early 2019 (date TBD). If HCL is selected as the vendor, they will rebadge approximately 50% of impacted staff. In discussion with three vendors---selection pending. Target date for Apps outsourcing is Feb/Mar 2019 and impacted FTE TBD.----- Retained IT Org headcount will be approximately 249.

Lots of Infosys email addresses on IT PE emails. New desktop supervisor in Texas is from Infosys. If I was a gambler I’d go with it’s infosys.

Since recent IT PE Temps are from Infosys, it seems safe to assume they are our new overlords.
