It has come to our attention at least in our market, that SMs are doing some shady practice to manually change the punched in times in the Time-Clock of the Sokutions Specialists. Its being done to controls OT etc, which i get but the right steps aren’t being taken to do so. It is not only wrong but also illegal. I’d really appreciate if someone can shed some light on the matter.

Everyone hear knows HR is NOT here to protect the employee, right? Their job is to protect the company.
If you are a victim of this, contact HR AND then call you state agency for work force fraud. This practice is illegal. If you have documented proof (take pictures and keep log) you might also want an attorney.
If you work, you have to get paid for it.
simple as that.

If your time has been altered contact your HR business partner immediantly!! Some managers think they can do whatever they want based off their own personal feelings not policy.
