An honestly thought that this restructuring was going to “claim more victims”. After the dust over the buyout situation has settled I expected there would be more to come, a round of mandatory layoffs or even some sort of a new buyout package, but it all seems calm at the beginning of 2019. No mention of layoffs, not even rumors around the office. What do you think, have we really reached some more secure times or is this just the calm before the storm?

As soon as 1st earnings come out they will chop chop chop
Consolidation of Market and Enterprise is next up. From a Leadership source Market Account Managers to be looked at and let go. Too much duplication and Market reps too slow to adopt Sales Force. People if you have not grasped SFDC after all these years you better tighten up that resume and start looking. Major RIFs coming down that pipeline.
The restructuring is not completed untill all of 44k folks are gone
Only 10k was approved for buy out that leaves another 34k
Sales is next to be hit and from what is going around its going to be harsh.

Layoffs will be quite common after April .. people who are serious better leave...
The restructure will not be complete until 4/1or later. There will always be layoffs.
