Yeah maybe if they paid alllllll their staff more to provide the member service our members want then they would probably make more money. As the associates on the front line I think we would know this. HO is out of touch with their members.

FAM 1 position is pointless. Our FAM 1 is a freaking joke, completely useless, knows nothing about fresh, doesn't do anything.

@yyf but that's the position you're in right now. If you want to make more money, go work in fresh. Once they go to mostly self checkouts they will do away with your position anyway. There's a reason why fresh is the focus. It's because the rest will eventually be gone. Yes even fresh, but it will be one of the last to go.

Makes sense, they offer all this extra money to their associates, but since I'm a COS I'm unable to make that. Why pay 2 managers to work back there and not show any type of increase

These “Belts” are a joke. So far 11 months in and only a few have received Orange belts in MEAT ONLY. no other department has even started the process. Produce was suppose to start 2nd quarter 2018 was was delayed and they claim they started it a couple months ago... yea.. I’ve seen the vine direct Guy only 2 times since. And it had nothing to do with belts

How about they do away with the ridiculous pay increases for fresh employees who "complete their belts". That would save the company a lot more money than removing a needed manager.
