valued as of 1/31. And the check date is 3/29 not 3/22. Paid off cycle.
So is the value based on the stock price of 1/31, or the payout date?
It is not paid on 1/31. That is the vesting date, As stated before the vest dates are 1/31 for each payout year. For 2018, the check date it will be 3/22. No action on your part is required.
There are no options and nothing to do. It will be paid out to everyone that is going eligible. The 25 shares “vest” on 1/31 but according to the FAQ the payout will be made no later than 2 1/2 months after the vest date. Some of the wording in the FAQ states as soon as administratively possible. It shouldn’t take long consider we all get the exact same amount.
Nothing is required it’s deposited automatically. Nothing need to be done
Anyone know the process to get our 50 shares payout? Or what options we have/ what can we do with that 50 shares? I left Vrz on 12/28.
