If you were going to guess what's happening this week, what would you say is going to go down? Interested in the theories out there, since we are mere hours away from hearing what it is. Go ahead, guess away...

Frozen Cheese biscuits will be brought back into all clubs.
All jewelry leads “illuminated”
Perhaps given how last year turned out, some market managers let their clubs know that they were fine to stop any rumors. I find it unlikely there will be widespread closures this year anyhow
I wasn't joking. All of the managers that were there pulled all the associates to gather at the cafe and told us our club wasn't closing, but in the same breathe how did they even figure this?? Unless someone started a rumor and they wanted to squash it. Any thoughts?
@dhq the person who said they had a meeting was joking.
When are all these changes suppose to take place? and for the one that said they had there meeting and the store isn't closing what else did they say in the meeting
We had someone from HO come tell is our store was closing.
The market manager had a 1 on 1 with the CM last year when we were told the club was closing. None of the other CMs were told so that the word didnt spread before the official announcement. The literal cadence was MM meeting on Tuesday, MM has call with CM Wednesday night, CM goes to club to print off the necessary paperwork, All Managers are told to be at a meeting early morning, Thursday before the club opens, CM puts up signs that say we will be closed for the day. It's a c-ap process but we knew what profits were, what sales were and our membership was up for the first time in several years. The writing was on the wall.
One floor TL? All those audits and resets?
We all had a meeting and, unfortunately, our club is staying open......
Nothing happens tomorrow. id--t's
The market managers were in my club today. They probably returned from their meeting in Dallas.
By the way, my club is located in New Hampshire.
anybody called those clubs?
Last year, it was the market manager who told a club in our market that it was closing...
The market team is not who let's you know that your store is closing.
OYI will replace audits anyhow, MAPM already told us that eventually OYI will be the one stop shop for all things inventory. Audits will go away once adoption rate and completion rate of OYI improve. Tech is being embraced and because of it we need less managers to operate.
I thought market team are all in meetings
Manager pay is NOT going up . Fake news.
I also heard from a CM that manager pay will be going up but they will be held to a much higher standard. A couple bad market visits and you could be gone.
They let you guys know in the middle of the day? Doesn't make any sense. I call fake news
Mwl give your store number and tell us how they did it. Too many trolls on this site and we gotta verify unfortunately lol
