Fed up, store quotas aren't obtainable, constant micro managing. Last day was last Friday. How long does it take to be able to cash out my 401k?

The company does not like to pay commissions so people can make a lot of money so their solution is simple. They make the quotas unattainable.
@1ord, maybe you’re the next individual fired for writing “...because you said you quotas...”?
Maybe you were fired because you said you quotas were not “obtainable” instead of attainable

Anyway what does resigning have to do with this. You can withdraw with penalties even when working for Verizon. The only thing extra you can do now is roll it over to anotherplan
Unless you are 59 and a half, you will be paying a ten percent penalty of the total plus any income tax due. Don’t do it!
They will notify fidelity within 3 business days. Then if you if you wish you can cash it all out.
Don’t cash out!! Roll over to an IRA with vanguard!! The few thousand you cash out now will be worth much much more years from now!!
