Does Humana pay for unused PTO if we leave on our own?
I'm considering quitting and I'm currently weighing my options. Without severance, every little bit would count.
I still don't have a job lined up, but this place is starting to be too much for me. Hopefully by the time I make the final decision, something will come up.

I don’t believe they pay out VTO or personal holidays, so you may want to use those up before giving your notice.
What's going on with Humana? Don't they run the military Tricare claims processing?
Humana will pay out all of your PTO as long as you have been there for at least a year. If you are part of a RIF they will pay your PTO even if you have not been there a year.
i believe Humana pays out your PTO up to 180 accrued hours.
