Shocking, more call center closings

The latest one on the list of closing call centers is the one in Syracuse.

The 150 employees have been offered a chance to move to another location. Sounds familiar, anybody?

Doesn’t sound familiar to me. I’ve never heard of this before.

The story says it all. "The lease at the center’s office at 250 S. Clinton St. is expiring ..."

The company is swimming in real estate, both owned and leased. They're going to lighten the load. And there is no economy of scale in little itty-bitty 150 person offices.
