We've had a direct tv wireless associate mention he didn't know if he was going to stick around.. wasn't sure how long till they took over the entire dept... not to mention they have been training new associates literally daily. I think they know more than they are really saying our more than we do. JS.

More than likely they will either take over photo lab or eliminate the lab altogether, tech and grocery will merge with center and we will see a simple "sales floor associate" job title, they will have to do the heavy lifting while SmartCircle is used as reps to answer questions regarding TVs, Tech and of course how they can upgrade your services. After the performance of wireless, I suspect this is several years down the road. They need to build up a lot of trust to do this.

They never show up. They never answer the phone. Our members complain all the time.

They train new people daily cause they have a high turn over rate... one of them told me they were completely lied to during the initial interview, and hes only keeping the job till he finds a new one. Said it is a complete c-ap job

As a Tech lead, that whole wireless translation has been a complete joke. They don’t even show up half the time, yet alone take over my audits and everything else. They can have it.. Tech Lead is treated like we don’t mater anyway. I cared before, I don’t now.
