regulatory approval to do what? I also thought that some deal might be announced when they extended the network quit time for an extra month. That would reduce the risk of any outages leaking out in the press and affecting whatever deal they may be cooking up. Any ideas?
If the company get regulatory approval, you will see an exodus of VPs after 4/1.
