Almost two years to fitfo on annual raises and they couldn’t. So there is a delay. And do u think they are gonna back pay Jan-March? Guessing no

I was RIF’d in APRIL, thank GOD!

Never in 10 years was raise over 3% and I did committees, mentored and trained others. Working like a slave and that bonus is c-ap, not even yearly plus taxed all at once!

Plus do you ever see cost of living raises??? Nope and cost of living %% is by far higher then %% raises we got! Then our portion of insurance goes up and up,

So glad gone, run cause there are options

incentive. So how many are getting bad reviews suddenly and that will affect your raise? or your bonus? You work hard all year and just at the time of potential raise, SUDDENLY find all these issues you never heard of before.

There was a problem in the design of the new pay raise process. Reviews determine the level of increase and they are not due until the end of this month. Pay raise was due at the start of January. The process would not be completed. on the other side. This year incentive pay will be based on all hours worked and shift diff. that was not the plan. Some you win, some you lose.

Yes a Raise every March and a bonus. Depends on how Humana does and How your Manager evaluates you. I would like to evaluate my manager who I can never get hold of, who never knows the answers, then writes me up telling me its my last warning when I never got any other than a discussion and an email pointing out what we talked about. She says I did not work my shift and I did. I have proof. I can't wait to talk to HR4U .

I have asked my FLL if we are on target to get the bonus I have yet to get a response. I’m a referral specialist and it has been 3 years without a raise . Now they pushed back the January date till March! I don’t feel we are on track or the FLL would have answered. And every year which I have work we have always had OT to make up for the goals to reach them so the FLL would get a bonus for making End year quotas . We have not been offered OT and no talks on how much volume we need to push to hit it. It is more than frustrating!

This “small amount of money” To those who responded ....you still don’t get it. What I said means that the amount of money you will be getting isn’t worth emptying your emotional tank...the anger ,the worry , the anxiety , it is what it is ..... if you get it great if you dont it is not worth losing sleep over it

It is not true that raises aren't given any more. Both are scheduled for March 2019, although if and how much a raise someone gets is always up to the person's leader and never guaranteed just because some amount of time has passed.

Below poster....I am sorry you were impacted by the RIF, but I bust my a-- and am thankful for the raise and bonus. I am not thinking of those RIFd since my raise and bonus has both to do with the RIF of positions that were eliminated. Please don’t try to make anybody feel guilty. It s---s what happened to everyone, but my incentive does not have to do with what happened with the RIF

None of you get it All you focus on is: Am I getting a raise. What about all the RIF that get nothing at all... just be thankful for what you have stop thinking about yourselves and start thinking about others If you are consumed by a small amount of money then it is time to do something else
