Is anyone on the retail on Pace to make a check with this high quota and no traffic I can say that retail is dead and it is time to move on to something. Vzw is getting us to quit so they do not have to pay us to leave.

Person in store that I was also in tonight was buying a quart of milk. Another, Frankenberry. Roasted chickens smelled great, and were on sale for a ridiculously low price. Oh, wow, artesian bread. Chicken’s good on that with avocado, Cali style.

Highest person in our store is pacing 80% to quota, most of us are around 30-40% - ARD / Pull Through not being an issue for a lot of us, it's pure boxes. Compared to the year prior, I made a 1.2 - we are almost 1/2 through the month and I've got a whopping 15 total phones (5 new, 10 up) on the board after two charge backs. Quota is like, 116 (37 new/79 renew) and we're wishing for more info for this BOGO but unless it includes upgrades or something crazy, nobody in our store is pacing for anything but a .75 IF we're lucky.
Nobody at my store ( 12 of us ) is pacing to hit, only one person is above 20% of their bucket , nobody is pacing for renews or news. They will never severance retail, I think they are trying to close stores through attrition, people are quitting and not being backfilled, most of the stores in our district are very short staffed. No morale, everybody's being told we will be written up if we don't hit numbers. This company is becoming more of a joke by the day.
On pace for windfall this month, hit it last month
And there gonna Make you Jam every customers account and threaten your job one customer at a time until you do quit.
