Seems like everybody around me has been denied.
I'm having trouble believing over 10k has been accepted and nobody around me is among them.
I wouldn't be surprised if that number was one big lie.

In AZ. My location, 2 applied directly and both were approved. One in December. One in March.
Every manager and employee in my group accepted, release dates are varying between December and March 22.
most of my group was denied. i have 18 years in (in VES)
I work in Federal and everyone including me with 25 years have been denied so far....Boooo!
Nobody has an answer yet. I don’t know how anyone has anything to base their answers from.
Paranoia is strong with this one...
It depends on the department. There are some workgroups that you can't just easily outsource their jobs, others, especially those in IT, can be replaced and outsourced to India for pennies on the dollar.
Agree with you. Of the 8 people I know who pressed the button 2 have been two have been told they were denied (so far).
