Her team was presenting final plan to Hans & his direct reports for approval Friday.

Hans will send an internal & external communication at 10am EST.

Each volunteer will receive an email with personal notes, including approval / denial, and date of release if approved.

Those denied will be contacted by a senior leader in their team within 48 hours to discuss.

Those accepted will have a web portal with release date and amount.

Accepted will see the release but not be able to sign it until 2 weeks prior to their release date.

Portal will also have an exit checklist.

All equipment must be returned prior to last day on payroll.

Release must be signed in order to receive payout.

Approved with vacation planned is expected to "be as flexible as possible".
