It almost feels like this is a guerilla campaign that's being used to drive an even bigger wedge in the relationship between pharmacists and store managers. Why do people feel like it's okay to look down on others who maybe didn't have all the same opportunities you did? What's wrong with just valuing hard work?

That's such an ignorant statement. You're right there pressuring pharmacists to fill controls to get script counts up for your Bonus.
Keep pushing those oxys to d--ggies creating the d--g epidemic we are in. Why do you think cvs and walgreens is getting sued. Doctors and pharmacist reason so many get hooked are dying. But keep thinking you are doing the right thing

You summed it up. Get rid of the labor cost that isn’t essentially to running a retail pharmacy. If we’re paying front store managers 15 less then pharmacists...it’s the first place that’s getting cut.
Pharmacists are a bunch of cry babies. God forbid they do a write up without the help of thier fs manager. God forbid they pass an audit, God forbid they take out their own trash, God forbid they do thier own go backs. God forbid you pay attention to payroll. Sorry you guys went to 4 more years of school than me to make $15,000 a year more. You cannot manage a team, yet alone a store. I KNOW I am not capable of dispensing medicines that would save or take a life, you need to know you can't manage..
Pharmacists are princesses lol I hope you feel like a pile of sht when you bring those registers back or the truck back. And make sure that bathroom is clean when I need to take a sht to inbetween consultations so I can read up on this website how worthless you are.
Pharmacist are princesses. They want managers to wipe their asses for them cause they don’t have time to. Although they will go sit in corner reading newspaper and eat 5 times on a 6 hour shift.

Everyone has access to higher learning. Some chose to take the easy route and now want to be equal. Doesn’t work that way in America . Socialism? A SM is not a pharmacist. We are in healthcare, you would be more valuable in a retail industry.
