Not one of you has said anything about your low almost non existent front store sales. You cry about everyone and everything on these posts but none of you discuss sales increases. It is give me give me give me. Most of you would not know the meaning of show room flow or impulse sales. Cycle counts , boh scans. Price changes etc are basic functions not sales building tools. Your lack of talent is pushing FS to be eliminated. Only one company runs worse conditions in front stores and that is DG. Only thing is they have sales due to low prices . This is why Rx must be the most important thing in your store. So get back there and learn .

I’m 18% above budget on 2400 scripts. Hours cut. So no.....this is a company wife thing of cutting to the bone. Happens every year.
Larry,
what are you doing on here? Get back to work killing the company for Macy's guys and Wall Street.
We all complain about payroll. Reality is complaining isnt going to change it. Either get a new job or do the work.
Have you bothered to look at the financial report of DG versus CVS? Or, more to the question, can you even read a financial statement?
Its adorable how the OP thinks he or she can start something with a negtive backlash from managers but didn't get it.
Nothing to learn unless your an SM/Rx and have the ability to get credentials.
Redundant processes need to be cut not just hours. Good thing they took the tax break and threw a huge headline about raising wages when actually they will be laying people off.
It’s a self fulfilling prophecy. No staff/no training leads to no sales which leads to corporate justification for cutting hours which leads to less staff and less time for training which leads to less sales. Cutting hours every year for over a decade while adding tasks/work and SKUs is not a recipe for success.
Your crazy ,
Try 70k fs sales on 250 and about to be 230. I use to do 60k and had 380
U must be new to cvs
